The video quality on this add-on is just as clear as the main camera, and the night vision surprised me with how well it picks up movement in the dark. I added it to my nursery setup for a second angle, and pairing took maybe two minutes total.
The pairing process was straightforward with my existing HB40, and the video feed remains clear even with the nursery light dimmed. Perfect for keeping an eye on both kids without moving the main unit.
Pairing it with the HB40 was quick enough, but the range seems a bit shorter than I expected—the video starts to cut out once I'm more than two rooms away. It works fine for a second camera in the nursery, just not quite as strong as the main unit.
Works okay once I figured out the pairing process, but the mount feels a little flimsy compared to the original camera. The video quality is decent enough for what it is, just wish the setup instructions were clearer.
